Cutting The Ties That Bind

We are all bound by invisible chains or cords, things that bind us and block us and keep us from being who we really are. These ties come from childhood, from family environment, culture, race, fears or reactions to events that took place years ago.

A method developed by Phyllis Krystal can help us to cut the ties that bind us to anyone or anything that acts as an external authority and exerts control over us such as paretns, other family members, teachers, colleagues, partners, friends, etc.

Detachment from such control will allow us to remove the accumulated layers of conditioning which obscure the inner light of the Higher Consciousness or Real Self.

This method can also help to free us from attachment to anything that is a source of false security such as money, jobs, status, roles, addictions, etc. and enable us to connect to the true wisdom and security within ourselves.

The exercises that are contained in this method can help to free us from everything that prevents the Real Self from being expressed through the exterior shell or receptacle comprosed of the body, mind, personality, and ego.

Prior to having a Cutting The Ties session, an individual must prepare by using a two minute visualization twice a day for three weeks.

She is a devotee of Sathya Sai Baba, a world-renowned Avatar living in India whose teachings and personal influence have been an inspiration.
